- It's 1 C of Nuts.
- It's 1 C of Dried fruits.
- Prepare 1/2 C of Coconut flakes.
- You need 1/2 C of Seeds, Grains.
- Prepare 1/2 C of Oil.
- It's 1/2 C of Maple syrup (Replace 1/3 to water for less sweet taste).
- You need 2 tsp of and up. Spices(cinnamon, carob, nutmeg, cardamon, cloves, etc.).
- You need 1 tsp of Himalayan salt(or Sea salt or kosher salt).
