- Prepare of sausages.
- You need of bacon.
- Prepare of onion.
- It's of potatoes.
- You need of tortilla.
- Prepare of plain flour.
- It's of of salt and pepper.
- It's of oil.
- It's of eggs beaten.
Breakfast Wrap step by step
- To make hash browns peel and grate the potatoes(squeeze the liquids out of the potatoes) finely slice the onion. Stir in the flour, salt and pepper.
- Divide into 4 portions and compact into a cutter..
- Heat oil in a nonstick pan and fry the sausages, hash browns and bacon. constantly turning until brown.
- While you wait, warm the tortillas for 20 seconds and garnish with what ever you fancy. I used lettuce, cheese, ketchup and mayo.
- Slice the sausages lengthways and divide between the tortillas. Add the bacon and hash browns.
- Using the same pan (without cleaning) add the egg and stir until cooked. balance on top of everything.
- Fold bottom up, then left and roll. I only had large tortillas so I cut them in half.
