- Prepare 1 cup of almonds (pre soaked and dried).
- You need 1 cup of shredded coconut.
- It's 2 cups of oats.
- You need 1/3 cup of coconut oil.
- You need 1/4 cup of almond butter.
- Prepare 1/8 cup of acave syrup.
- You need of Cacoa nibs.
Homemade Granola step by step
- Mix almonds shredded coconut and oats in a bowl.
- Melt the coconut oil almond butter and acave syrup over a low heat.
- Mix the liquid into the dry ingredients and place on a baking tray adding the cacao nibs. Place in the oven at 190 for 20 to 30mins or until turning a light golden brown.
- Leave to cool then empty into a glass jar last for a week or two. Lovely to eat as a snack cereal or with yoghurt..
