Ingredients of Granola
- You need 1 cup of rolled oats.
- You need 1/2 cup of almonds.
- Prepare 1/2 cup of dried apricots.
- You need 2 tbsp of coconut oil.
- You need 2 tbsp of honey.
- It's 1/2 cup of desiccated coconut.
Granola instructions
- Mix all ingredients together.
- Place it on a lined tray and keep it in oven for 20 mins at 160C.
- Adjust temperature accordingly.
- Keep it longer in oven if you like crunchy.
- Once cool, store in airtight container.
